The Vacancy
Job Title: Global HR Business Partner
Location: Bangladesh, Pakistan, India, Kenya or London,UK. Please note that you will need to have the right to work in one of the advertised countries to be eligible for this role.
Salary: £49,549 to £52,026 per annum (Competitive Birches rated salary for the local market if based outside of the UK)
About the role: We are looking for a Global HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support our global business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices in different countries and be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic priorities and develop HR initiatives that support their goals
- Manage complex employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers on HR policies and procedures
- Lead global HR projects and initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
- Conduct regular reviews of HR metrics and data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Provide HR expertise and guidance to local HR teams in our hub countries
Qualifications:
- CIPD level 5 qualification (UK) or equivalent local qualification (outside of UK) or equivalent significant human resource management experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment
